Gus Cavalcanti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across diverse industries and roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Aaron, Bell International, Inc., Gus is instrumental in driving the firm’s operations in Denver, Colorado, and is a professor at the Imperial College Business School.
Prior to this role, Gus held consulting positions at NMG Consulting and Baker Group Merger and Acquisition Consultants, Inc., where he specialized in defining requirements, developing workable solutions, and collaborating with investors.
Gus’s career journey also includes leadership roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Elmas Trading LLC and Business Development at New York Life Insurance Company. His expertise in sales management, analytical skills, and problem-solving have consistently contributed to organizational success.
Before transitioning into finance and consulting, Gus held executive positions at A.A. Ponte Preta and BANCO PAULISTA S.A., where he honed his skills in institutional investments, portfolio risk management, and problem-solving.
Gus’s early career includes roles as an Equity Broker at Fator and Attorney at Law at Clube Atlético Mineiro, where he developed strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
