David B. Sinyard

Dr. David B. Sinyard is the Vice-Chairman of Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide, an international investment banking and strategic advisory firm, and directs the day-to-day operations of the Atlanta office.
The firm provides merger and acquisition services, capital raising and strategic consulting services to entrepreneurs. He was a member of the Board of Directors of First Landmark Bank, a Marietta based $500 million community bank, that was recently sold to National Commerce Corporation, a public company based in Birmingham, Al.
An Atlanta resident since 1984, Dr. Sinyard has served in an executive management capacity for regional, national and international companies. He has over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, investments, operations and commercial real estate finance.
He received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. More recently he completed his doctoral studies at Georgia State University and received his Doctor of Business Administration degree in 2013. He holds various securities licenses and a real estate broker’s license in both Georgia and Florida.
